KHUYẾN NGHỊ

Tiến hành đánh giá dinh dưỡng bằng chỉ số BMI kết hợp đánh giá mức

độ giảm trọng lượng và chỉ số cơ thể trừ mỡ. Ở những nơi không có đủ điều

kiện thực hiện cân, đo cho người bệnh ICU nên đánh giá nguy cơ dinh dưỡng

bằng điểm NUTRIC thường quy ở các khoa ICU trong bệnh viện.

Cần chăm sóc dinh dưỡng sớm đối với người bệnh có nguy cơ dinh

dưỡng theo phác đồ và nên nuôi dưỡng đường tiêu hóa sớm nhất có thể.

Khi chăm sóc dinh dưỡng cho người bệnh tại ICU cần đánh giá và xác

định nhu cầu dinh dưỡng cho người bệnh hàng ngày để chỉ định chế độ dinh

dưỡng phù hợp góp phần cải thiện giá trị dinh dưỡng khẩu phần của người

bệnh và TTDD cho người bệnh nằm viện.
