The software is currently used mostly unlicensed software or trial software

(except for Accounting software and Attendance software) so the errors usually

occur during use.







Do not have student management software.







Although employees have been trained in basic on IT but still not avoid the

error and can not repair by one self.







The application of IT and Electronic Commerce at the school are very limited.

The school has not applied the form of electronic contact book for each student

and online marketing activities have not been strengthened.







Opportunity







With the trend of the development about will be create many opportunities for

applying technology in management activitie sand promote development of

business at the school.







Beside it, our school has young staff with ability to acquire and familiar with

new technologies very quickly.







Challenge







Information technology is developing so rapidly so this challenge with the

school is to access to new technologies in time to be able to promote the

business development and management of the system.







The staff in the departments is not trained frequently on information

technology.

MORAL FROM THIS ENTERPRISE

competitors



Currently the educational model has elements of international is more and more

develope, particularly the number of private schools have foreign elements increase

quicly in three years. Search about training models, we can mention some

competitors are: Hanoi Academy High School, Vietnamese-Australian high schools.

We can confirm that the strength of the Olympia is not the facilities that are teachers

and teaching quality of the school. Therefore, the IT systems of the competitors are

investment and development than our school, as follows:





All of schools have been website which more development that Olympia.

Website of the schools are beautifully presented, modules are arranged suitably

for following information.







At the website of competiotrs have been integrated electronic library, electronic

contact book. The students, teachers, parents have own accounts to access and

monitor.







As well as Olympia, the competitors are using marketing online through social

networking such as: Facebook to reach out to parents and students.

b. Some experience and learned moral from the

competitors



After analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges that schools

will be face, and with the analysis of competitors, we can draw some lessons and

experience as follows:







Internet is necessary tools which almost enterprises have needed to use. This is

an essential tool for businesses to access the outside and vice versa.







In addition each school's website is the face of the school with outside. Age of

information technology, customers often use the Internet to find information to

know in school, first task they will access the website to find out information

before going to school find out.







E-commerce is also more popular and help communication between schools

and parents closely and convenient.







Finally, human factors are extremely important issues to help businesses be

able to access and promote development.

SOLUTION FOR APPLICATION OF IT AND STRATEGY

i. Solution application of information

technology in education







Internet connection of Olympia is not stable, low speed so the school needs to

invest in upgrading transmission lines to serve for the job.







Upgrading the website system, the interface should be easy to see, the details, it

is clear to viewers when access can find the necessary information.







Application of e-commerce into schools to promote communication between

school and parents, teachers and students.







Enterprises should regularly train and upgrade the level of IT for staff of whole

system.







Frequently update of software related to the work and training for staff in

schools.

ii. Strategy of application IT and Ecommerce



Development and application of IT help improve quality and efficiency of business

management and concurrent also promote international integration in the future.

By 2020 towards is the International school with the infrastructure of the most

modern information technology in Vietnam in order to meet the number of

2000 students and 800 for staff and teachers.

2. About application of IT







By 2016, 100% of the staff, teachers use seework account during work. 100%

staffs in the school, teachers, and students use Facebook and other social

networking sites as a communication tool.







Completion of electronic library systems, electronic contact book for students,

teachers and parents.







To 2020, the scholl continues to improve and modernize the management and

teaching at in the school.

3. About Human Resources







Recruitment more human resources to develop information technology for

schools. To 2020 number of officers are in charge of information technology at

the school is 30-50 people have the university level in the professional field.







Improving the level for staff, teachers by organizing regularly training courses

about the use and application IT for each department.
