I.objectives:
By the end of the lesson,Ss will be able to know how to use “ in order to, so as to” to indicate purpose , Future simple and Modal “ will” to make requests , offers
and promises .

Completing sentences: - Divide the class into 2
groups.
- Group 1: give a haft sentence.
- Group 2: complete the sentence with to do for
doing. - Groupwork.

Group 2: to visit HoanKiem lake…

Exercise 1:
- Ask Ss to repeat the uses and forms of “ In order to
so as to + V infinitive”. - E.g: I always keep the
window open…to let fresh air in.
- Have Ss compare the sentense and guess “in order
to” and “so as to”.
- Ask Ss to read the example aloud and match one part of
